Our client is looking for experienced children residential support workers who can work either the day and night shifts.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the young people with their daily routine
- Attending regular liaison meetings with appropriate partners/interested parties.
- Ensuring that all provision meets relevant and appropriate health and safety requirements.
- Having due regard to safeguarding and promoting welfare of children and young people and to follow the child protection procedures.
- Providing high quality care in a safe, stimulating environment
- Ensuring that all provision meets relevant and appropriate health and safety requirements.
- Working flexibly and to undertake shift work including early shifts, late shifts, and weekends.

- Emotional resilience
- Previous experience in a special needs environment/school would be desirable but not essential as full training will be given.
- Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare
