Children with Disabilities Social Worker £38 per hour

Children with Disabilities Service you will be apart of a creative team covering all aspects of statutory Social Worker including Assessment, Safeguarding, CLA, Adoption.
You will be working with approx 15 young people with a variety of needs.
You will receive robust supervision from both your colleagues within the team and a stable line management structure
Part of your role will be coordinating the multi-agency team around the children we support, some of whom have complex medical needs.
